Great hospitality.. Yashwini maam, Vishal sir, restaurant staff, garden staff Mr Sandeep, Swati maam, all were quite welcoming.. Had a wonderful stay.. Will surely visit everytime.. Enjoyed thoroughly inside the aviary, not to miss that out.. Named 3 conures Rainbow, Mango and Pineapple for the senegal parrot and sun conures.. Please look into the matter of Lucky the macaw as discussed with Swati maam of Housekeeping.. Thanks

We stayed with a 5yr old kid for 3ngts in a premium beach view room .Overall good place but had a bad expeience too ,so wud suggest all guest travelling with kids ,to check the room properly on check in as we found sum big glass pieces under the bed on the edge itself n thank god my baby didnt go to carry her cover which went under the bed as she would have got bad hurt ,n on informing Ms Jagruti at the front desk shes was like ,just a sorry n had nothing else to say or ask or even offer sumthing complimentary which other 4 to 5 stars hotels do, secondly the water was getting clogged in the shower area on asking thm ,it was like no slope ,so this will only happen n the housekeeping were also very casual on any issues ,just like the reception staff n this is really not accepted after paying so much n get this type of service .They also suddendly closed the play area without informing the current guest due to sum wedding event on the next day as they really didnt care abt the current guest and the outside park couldnt be used due to all red ants on it all the time.
